January 30 12:50 Mmm weekend again isnt that nice. Although every day should be nice and i think they can be in their own ways. I know the many hard working people in our Happy World like weekends the most since then there is usually no work. I will try and leave the castle more often when it isnt weekend, to visit some random peasant or so and see how they are doing. Maybe i can help them a little too in their efforts. I might not be very efficient help if they would like help harvesting potatoes or whatever wich i am not very learned about. But as with many things it is the thought that counts, well that and the effort of trying ones best. Lady Bear says i better wear some easy to wash gown if i am to wander around helping my citizens with work some days, i guess she is right. But then again maybe some dont want help with their work the most, perhaps i could bring them a yummy nice surprise lunch instead so they can have a nice rest in the middle of the day. Anyway today i will find the little camera so you all can see the new hugbear that moved into the castle. January 14 23:33 I may as well focus on the economy project until its in good enough shape to share with the rest of the Happy World. Sewing i can do later, as long as it doesnt take forever. I am a busy bee even if it isnt very visible here. I will make a photo with our new couch potato bear, i think he is the king of the comfy sofa. Just remember to give him hugs when he shows up hare. January 10 12:06 I have to make sure my first economy project is in good shape for next week, so not much sewing done this weekend. But i should find time to complete my reborn red gown for next weekend. And i know my work efforts are quite important for the Happy World too so i dont mind doing that even on a Sunday. I will share more about those things later, for now i focus on making Mr Bear super proud of his princess. I dont just spend i will do my part earning too. January 08 17:09 I got distracted from sewing by economy things, but i will return to needles and threads in the weekend. January 07 10:33 Today i resume sewing my new red gown, this makes Lady Bear smile extra much since it has been unfinished way too long. With some luck it could be ready to wear by the weekend. Im not so sure sewing myself is the best way to get new dresses to wear, but it is fun to create. It takes time and patience though. Still i cant very well be seen outside the castle this new year, wearing some old clothes from previous years can i...  well i can, but i miss my old red gown that i grew out of. January 06 12:14 The digital pencil appears to be working, and the paper too. January 06 12:13 Let the happy new year begin with a  or two and also a little test to see that i do not forget making diary pages writable. December 31 23:24 This new years eve is a little different here. I am doing nothing special just waiting for midnight. No champagne or any such lusuries, although i ate an extra yummy sandwich in the evening. The reason is this year hasnt been the best, and so i wait for next year, wich will be better. I wish everyone a Happy New Year. *hugs*  Tomorrow begins a new adventure. December 26 15:50 There they are, mmm. I also found the yummy saffron buns from a previous Christmas but they arent as freshly made as they look like in the picture. These are from yesterday. I actually didnt find energy to bake saffron buns this year, i still have the saffron so maybe i bake some in January. Its very cold here lately and warm buns are nice any winter day. I must admit my recipe for jellies isnt as perfect as those made in factories. Mine become a little less solid and after being cut to cubes and rolled around in sugar they should be eaten same day. Otherwise the sugar on undersides sort of melt. I might experiment a little more with it, perhaps i can figure out how to improve them. More pectin, less water, more this or that... i dont know. But they are nice and sort of a natural candy. December 25 20:00 Head feels better today so i spent time in the kitchen making yummy home made candies for everyone. They are orange flavoured using my favourite lemonade mix and ended up a small mountain of jellies, or marmelade. Not sure if jellies are what they are, but i vaguely remember seeing that word on a box from some shop earlier years. I hurried up to capture the candy mountain before the Garfields eat half of it... but then the new computer apparently doesnt have the driver program bit for my camera. So i cant share the little candy mountain maybe tomorrow i can find energy enough to dive into computer things more. The candies are quite simple to make, and i think they are a nice gift to share around these times. Its the thought that counts, and slightly randomly shaped self made candies are a nicer gift than perfect ones bought from a shop. At least i think so. Uh oh the Garfield gang have surrounded the orange jellies i must hurry there and rescue some for Mr Bear and Ture and myself too... I hope everyone is having a nice holiday. *hugs* December 24 19:00 I have a boring headache today, it sort of nibbles on the niceness of Christmas Eve. But all the hugfriends here are happy and we all wish everyone a Merry Christmas. All small hugfriends moved to our couch to keep the new Couch Potato Bear company. They all look so happy there. I move myself and my poor head over there a while, hugs and smiles help for many things. Without revealing too much i have hopes that i can share a nice gift for all Happy World Citizens in time before the Happy New Year begins. For now a nice warm royal *hug* for those who want one will have to do. December 19 12:53 Our new hugbear is very happy to be rescued from the rather boring shelf in a shop. Its really cold in Sweden lately and he borrows Mr Bear's cozy wool blanket, hiding under it on the sofa. He got a name too, you will have to learn a little Swedish. His name is Soffpotatis wich translates to Couch Potato but it is best his name is only one word. Our happy Soffpotatis has agreed to be photographed sometime soon. Anyway i have to share i am dissapointed with the lack of results from the big meeting in Copenhagen. We might have to start doing something on our own to help Mother Earth.December 10 19:18 Today i rescued a hugbear from where it was sitting in a shop. He looked at me with such a nice smile i had to bring him back to our little castle. So now he is resting on our cozy sofa instead of the shop shelf. He already has a big tummy almost as if he already ate through lots of christmas food, but it is nice with round huggy bears. I will ask if he wants to be photographed and sit here in my homepage a while. Maybe he is a shy round bear... but i think lots of hugs will help against shyness. Hugs help for almost anything. *hugs* December 09 11:59 Oh no i am late for work... but then again my work efforts either in computer corner or on my throne doesnt really demand precise hours. A big cup of tea and some planning begins this day. I should probably begin all days doing this, its good to have proper planning. December 06 13:36 After having made some significant progress with the gathering of gold for our treasury i think its time i dive into funnier things. The gold gathering project is interesting fun and challenging, but there are other things more fun ofcourse. Like restarting my idea of a happy world program. Last time i experimented with a 3d world like in games and ofcourse that is a bit advanced... and i didnt get far. It is best to begin with more simple things for the program. Chatting and instant messaging being one such thing. Live webcamera picture another, i vaguely remember i got that working for homepage so it shouldnt be an endless goal having that also work inside a happy world program. One thing me and the clever little webmaster cant ever know is if our program will work on all computers... but we will try to make it simple and working for a start. And i also dont think we can make it work on Mac or Linux too. Not for a start anyway, we are no experts. But today i will ponder on the planning and next week we spend half of our busy hours on this and half on that. Hope everyone is having a nice weekend. *hugs* December 05 17:08 We avoid the moving of webthings for now, better if we can be creative rest of this year. Our little christmas tree moved in and i baked some soft ginger bread to begin the december month. Strangely the yummy result of baking dissapeared before it even became cold. Garfields helped make that happen, they ate half of it as soon as it stopped being really warm. But that is ok, i will bake more soon and hide in the freezer for later. There will be saffron buns and yummy things for everyone in the Happy World. *hugs* November 15 14:38 Nobody worry about the hugfriends webpages, they will move in closer to my homepage. They dont really want their pages far from mine. Me and the little webmaster will be moving all webpages once again, back home to our castle. It saves costs (wich makes Mr Bear happy) and makes it possible to do more things and ideas i have. Hopefully no computer problems show up to make things troublesome. November 14 13:29 I think some speed bumps slowed webthings down, but we are thinking a lot. We are also hugging a lot, and slowly starting to think about Christmas. It appears shops are already full of things ment for late December, but me and the hugfriends just think about our sparkly little tree. And i got the idea to try making candies i should experiment a little with that idea this month. Everyone likes candies here mmm. I sort of realised marmelade candies are made of just sugar, and english-words-unknown to make them like jelly, and whatever one adds for flavour. So one could create yummy candies of almost any taste and i sure think it is worth trying. I better share the nice things from the royal garden too they are happy like the singing smiles. Hope everyone is having a nice weekend, and i shall be going through emails today or tomorrow too i forgot them. Sometimes speed bumps or worries just take over ones mind. But here in the happy world there are no worries. I need to spend more time here than in the world around.October 25 17:36 I found the last positive thing i put here in the Diary before the Garfield webmaster got stuck here a long time. The new thing comes next week, it doesnt sing but it is smiling. Hope everyone had a nice weekend. *hugs* October 24 10:24 Mentioning those webthings i luckily noticed this time i had forgotten page permissions... now the month pages allow writing on them.
