Princess Tessy - The Princess Diary - October 2008 October 14 17:27 Returning to homepage webthings again, i sort of wandered away from webthings a while but now i let it occupy my head again. October 07 20:09 [link] There is a link about the free shooting game available over next weekend for those who might find that entertaining. October 07 19:16 I got hinted about another free computer gaming opportunity for the coming weekend, so i will share it here in a while. This one is a 5GB download so its huge. It is one of those shooting games, Crysis Warhead, and as far as i read online multiplayer works over the coming weekend, LAN play works without registration. No idea if any playing at all works after the weekend though, and it requires a good gaming computer i assume. I will find that out when i start it i havent bothered to upgrade to new gaming goodies in the computer brains here. Anyway i will create a small page about it later with download links too. October 06 15:33 Well that pirating game has been sort of fun, but i dont think i will continue past the trial. Because i have so many other little things i should spend time on. October 04 19:56 I forgot mentioning the name, Pirates of the Burning Sea. It is an SOE mmo game. October 04 19:54 [link] I think the sleepymonster sneaked in here again, but we have a cozy bed so its not bad sleeping a lot really. Anyway i randomly snooped around some game website and randomly found that an online pirate multiplayer game now has free two week trials. So why not try it. Link goes there if someone else feels like sailing the seas of 1720 or so, it is a big download 1.8 GB my Firefox says two hours. October 04 00:17 Oh my i just happened to see some random movie from this uear and i cant say i liked it much. Never Back Down. It was about mixed martial arts. I am not the kind of person who likes watching boxing or so, that might be obvious there isnt much positive in beating on each other. But anyway the movie had this glorification of violent fighting and Youtube popularity and things that really made me dislike it. No better with friendlier sports, well sporting in a competitive way is about winning so have to beat the opponents. Just shouldnt have to beat On them to win. Think i would much rather watch or even practice a more passive kind of weaponry sporting, archery perhaps it has weaponry skills involved sort of just no violence. Mmm anyway i also watched Rightous Kill today i dont know about that movie but it was better. Still police shouldnt go past the laws and shoot people. But there is in some cases a real bother, if evidences arent plenty enough to put some real bad person in prison or so. They go free, and i sure can see how police might end up feeling a bit helpless or frustrated now and then. But i hope most officers of law and order follow the laws and orders around where they work. And some Stephen King movie wich wasnt very scary, i was prepared for scaryness but it was quite a nice movie. It made one think at least. Hearts in Atlantis. Out of these 3 i looked at this long movie evening, i liked the hearts best. For some day later i have something really old. Marie Antoinette, original black and white from 1938. I have watched the new one, but i like old movies. There is something about oldness that makes it interesting. Even old western movies, me and Mr Bear sometimes snoop on those late in evenings. Although we actually dont watch much tv at all nowadays, just some random movies on discs or big computer files. Anyway hope everyone is having a nice weekend. *hugs* October 01 15:40 I just got an idea that made me smile, and i think it will be a little amusing for others while i bother with webthings. In my opinion it is both something worth waiting for, and something to show i am still a funny bunny Princess and i always will be. The page will show up later today or tomorrow not sure.
