I think i save computer corner for tomorrow, i have been out all day walking in a nice wintery day and also snooping in some shops. So i am tired think i plop myself in bed extra early and wake up with new energy tomorrow.

Not much got done so far this week, perhaps because Monday beginned with a boring headache. But now i am ok and will do my best to share internet cookies with tourists and perhaps some other idea.

I will wake up the little webcamera towards evening even if it will just show me and the clever Garfield being computer geeks.

I will continue webthings all next week, especially the cookiemonster-ing idea. I also stumbled on a graphics demo from Nvidia, it was just to show something called shaders. It had a nice sky, nice grass, and nice water. It looked so nice that my first thought was... oooo, that is how it should look in the happy world if it can ever become a 3d world. I have thought about that now and then a rather long time. For one thing, since creating 3d things is difficult and a humanoid including animation and all is really complicated... well we would all be smileys. Much easier.

Well easier to create a 3d round smiley, not the rest that is needed all around to make it into a living world. But who knows. Not many things are impossible, if one tries hard enough.

Now the webthings brainy can remember tourists too, great.

At first it didnt even want to forget my test tourist-ship but after i looked up how checkboxes in forms actually work it went fine. I should probably create a way for both tourists and citizens to reset password in case that gets forgotten... but for now, dont forget it. The thing is that passwords are not stored in plain text so i cant see what you choose. That is how that should be done.

I am just waiting for a big cup of tea before continuing webthings. I pondered about the cookies last evening and think it will be a nice idea for a start, to see how possible it is making ideas into actual webthings.

Then we can see who is the biggest cookiemonster each month.

I think that works ok for a start, i will think of something little to make use of that while having dinner and such.

Maybe since it involves internet cookies i can see wich kinds of cookies tourists visiting the Happy World likes the most.

We think the first step is working ok now, except making it all neat looking and such.

Or maybe we should ponder a little further on all possibilities that a script can encounter out here on the big Internet. One has to think of everything in some cases, including malicious bots or whatever. But we better continue here while no sleepymonster or so is in sight.

Well i shall feed the Garfield Webmaster a cup of tea and then we will dive into the important foundation webthings that need getting done. We will begin with the Tourist Registration wich is going to be kept simple but useful. That is also the first step toward citizenship, wich me and the little webmaster will start on soon too.

Besides this there is the European Figure Skating Championships going on so those not stuck near a computer could perhaps look at that in their tv or so.

I did yesterday but today i just feel a need to take care of some royal duties before i even turn on the tv.

Me and webmaster will figure out some little bits of things for Tourists to test if things work as we hope too. So later those who do register themselves click to the testing page and... well, click buttons and such, login and logout and see if webthings appear to work as they should. And if they dont, i think we better open the Garfield internet support mail box. He wont mind reading about problems or errors in webpages or later the special program. If we read about errors we can try to make them go away.

Today the US gets a new president, i will be watching because i am curious about the speech. I do think Barack Obama will be a better leader than the ones from the last years.

Here i have not go much done but sewing is the main plan for a while. I feel i need a slightly bigger wardrobe to help make this year better. Sewing makes Lady Bear smile she likes when i spend time creating pretty things to wear. Well Mr Bear smiles too, and i think most citizens will like the results over time.

Just a random computer geeky note, why is it that the switch doesnt react quickly when moving a lot of big files between computer 1 and 2. The thing is my Internet is 100/10 but between my computer brains there is 100/100 MBit... This doesnt matter one bit looking at webpages or almost anytime, except when moving many big files. Since that would complete 10 times faster if the switches stop moving the fiels through the edge of what is the Internet and just move them through the cables in the castle. Oh well... i dont do this often.

And my sleeping habits are still very confused. I will try to get more useful things done this night since i wont be sleeping anyway.

I ended up doing something a bit different than usual.

I searched sort of randomly for movies in the Internet Movie Database, stumbled onto the topic of UFO's and decided to try Youtube. There is a bit there, but i ended up finding a documentary of some sort not really about UFO but about those strange crop circles. It was sort of interesting i had not seen many until an hour or so ago. Now i saw many, and while some are hoaxes, most apparently are not. And i can share here before anyone believes a hoax, that the video with some lightblobs and an apparently created crop pattern is a generated one. Someone faked that, and later confessed and showed how it was done. I think that is also somewhere on Internet just try Google. Anyway some of the patterns i saw were just very complicated, and for people to have created them i dont know... well who knows.

A little odd was the talking professor (or what he was) mentioned some digital tv camera for lots of money got destroyed by magnetic fields entering a crop circle. Later on i saw a laptop and things laying nearby some guy inside a pattern. Anyway i guess they are one of the mysteries of the world, and maybe there is no explanation.

Anyone else curious can search on Youtube.com for 'Aliens Sign The Message' you should find the 7 parts.

I should create pages for this kind of sharing later now the homepage just has what is has. Think i save trying to be more creative for rest of weekend.

The little camera will wait a bit with snooping on us here in the castle, because i feel like snooping on a movie of some sort.

No idea just now wich one, but movie-snooping should be over before midnight.

It took some time but here is the first

in 2009. And here comes a second

hurrying after the first because they are friends.

Anyway i have been bothered by sleeping in days and being awake at night, trying to turn hours around for days... somehow it took all creative energy to keep trying. Today i am still awake and think i will manage to go to bed in the evening. I sure hope so, winters are extra dark and i want to see the daylight there is.

So i hide today because my eyes are all tired, but tomorrow the little webcamera begins letting those who want snoop into our castle again. I know it has been missed. Me and all hugfriends think with all the bothers happening in the real world lately, escaping to the happy world is as usual a nice thing to do. Mostly smiles and hugs here, and cookies, and i think we keep the little sparkly christmas tree around all of January. Because it looks nice.

I dont know how much time and energy i will be able to spend on our happy world, but from now is is a priority here. It should be ofcourse, and in my mind it has been much of last year too it just didnt make much of anything happen around my webpages. But to start this year i removed some things occupying my thoughts and time, so there will be more energy for both fun and royal duties.

And more time for nice hugs... *hug*
